Hi Everyone. I was wondering theres a name in the Wall Of Tears of Caitlyn Mincer and it said that she was suffocated..I was wondering if it could be taken down because her suffocation was a complete accident. I wouldnt mind it being up there if the thing was about Accidents and not about Child Abuse..but if something could be done about this it would be wonderful. Thank You!

I just looked at the page and it still had her name on it. I would just like it to be removed because it was a total accident. He beats himself up everyday about it and when he saw this it just broke his heart. Thank you!

I will remove Caitlyn Mincer's name as quickly as possible. I do not have direct access to the web page and rely on others to update it. I will remind them again. Because you opened dialog with me regarding Caitlyn, I must tell you that I do have a great deal of difficulty with a parent who held his hand over his small child's nose and mouth to quiet her - resulting in her death....and then cry about it. Very often a jury will acquit someone because they feel sorry for the person and feel that he has suffered enough - similar to leaving a child in a hot car to suffer a horrendous death....Very often we forget the terror and pain the child went through. Please do not tell me how he is suffering. I do believe the child suffered more. Sincerely, Jane

I understand where youre coming from but thats not what killed her what killed her was the two falling asleep on the couch together. Ive known him since I was 15 and I know exactly how his sleeping habits are and he is a very heavy sleeper. You cant control what you do in your sleep. He knows he made the mistake by holding his hand over his mouth but she was perfectly fine when they left the bedroom which was about 3 steps until he got to the door. I just wish that you could meet him and get to really know him because youll find out that hes not a horrible person. But like I said I understand where youre coming from but you have to remember people do make mistakes. Thank you for your time.

this is robert mincer and you do need to get it down. i was falsly accused of my childs death and it was proven in a court of law that it was an accident from accidently rolling over in my sleep. i love my kids more than anything they are what i live for. and i will not stand for people who dont even know me or anything about my life you need to step down before you fall in a hole that you cant climb out of. i'm tired of being accused of shit i didnt do. i was willing to face the death penalty because i knew the truth i didn't back down then and i wont back down now . i fought cause i knew the truth and i fought because god knew the truth and so does my daughter. i fought for my innocence and i was proven innocent so enoughs enough.because it was shown in a court of law that i was telling the truthso i will say this once and once only take it down or i'm pressing charges.

Let me tell you something,Unless you got all your facts straight don't come on here and say stuff thats not true,You know on your home page it says to(write the truth and change the law)well make sure you have the truth before you write,Robert did not kill his daughter by holding his hand over her mouth he accidently rolled over on her in his sleep,So dont go bashing someone that you dont even know ,He was working 2 jobs and giving blood to support his family,And walking to all his job,So he was a very tired man, His wife at the time was to darn lazy to work or take care of the kids so he was doing both,You know accidents do happen and it's something he has to live with the rest of his life and its not easy on him i see it everyday,Robert was the one that scraped every cent he had to get a headstone for his daughter because her mother wouldnt even go to the cematary,Maybe you need to investigate the mother a little bit,She has been caught lying about some stuff,So instead of wasting all you time focusing on Robert check out his ex wife she wasnt such a good mother,When her daughter was in the hospital dying she was worring about where she was going for supper instead of greiving,So act like adults and dont judge unless you have all the facts, And as for Jane thats something you do not have,sorry.
