I know at one point in time that Jane lived in Oxnard...
If there are any local volunteer opportunities locally please contact me. I honestly feel the law must change.
I have 2 children they are now 14 & 15. My 15 year old
has been abused by his father 3 times (father was put on monitored visits each time, anger management classes)
and the court has always reunified.
This last time my son said he refused to go on visitations with his father...now my exhusband
has filed contempt charges against me for visitation...my 15 year old REFUSES to go because the last time he
was abused he was told by his father that he would come after him. My 14 year old still attends his visitations.
I truly beleive the law must change and if I can play an active role to make this happen it would be a great benefit.
I am a public school teacher in the county and need to protect my own children as well as my students.
